WHAT IS THE BITA AI Leaders Select Index?
The BITA AI Leaders Select Index is a rules-based composite Index that tracks the market performance of companies, listed on recognized exchanges based in the US, that are at the forefront of AI technologies both from an application and infrastructure perspective. The Index is composed by both companies with a high relative revenue exposure to AI products, services, and activities (“Purity Leaders”) and large companies that despite having a more diversified business footprint, are key direct enablers (“Key Enablers”) of the business application of the technology. The Index is rebalanced monthly with Purity Leaders weighted by average 12-month trading volume, subject to a 10% cap, and Key Enablers equally weighted.
The Index is rebalanced monthly and reconstituted quarterly by employing the process described above.
